Hey there Chelsea, things are not too bad -- I'm 4lbs away from my ultimate goal! But I feel I'm gonna need to push myself extra hard these next few days before March so that I can get there and stay there. It has not been easy. :(

How are things on your side of the beach? I see you are down 3lbs since I last wrote -- good for you! Keep at it, March will be upon us in no time at all!!!

Hey Chelsea, I checked out the Blink 182 group and found that I only liked one song of theirs -- "All the Small Things". (The music video wasn't very appealing though -- just the song.) Other than that, none of the other songs really appealed to me. I'm 32, so maybe that's why alot of their songs don't really sound good to me. I don't know.

But at least I tried, right? :)

So how's the weigh training and dieting coming along?

Hey Chelsea, maybe you could post your weight changes once a week or once every two weeks? It doesn't have to be day to day like I have been doing. (My weight is still fluctuating so it isn't 100% accurate.)

It appears that you been working really hard though with the diet and the exercise -- which is great!

Haha yeah ive been trying to take the tinyest portions that I can get away with..

And wow thats awesome! Your losing a whole lotta weight! its soo great that your exercising too.

You can eat "everything" -- just take tiny portions. :P (And don't forget to dilute the meal with lots of water.)

By the way, I slipped off the plateau and sunk down 1lb. I'm very happy with this progress. (Hope to be 200lbs or under by 01/01/08.)

I exercised for 30 minutes last night on the new trampoline -- not a bad workout at all.

yeah ive been drinking lots of water.. my diet has been so-so the last couple days because ive been at my grandparents house and i always HAVE to eat EVERYTHING : ( but ive been exersizing 1-2 hours a day hopefully when i get back home and start eating right and going to the gym alot more i will start losing the pounds

That's strange -- Hmmm??? Are you drinking a lot of water? What about your exercise program, have you intensified it? Have your eating habits stayed the same for two weeks? Somewhere, you need to pull the plug to let out the weight? Not sure where though???

Keep going though, don't get discouraged, I'm sure this plateau is only temporary. I am at a plateau myself -- 204lbs.

Surprisingly i still havnt lost any weight.. im still at exactly 155
Ive been eating well and exercising everyday for the past 2 weeks but still am at the same weight.

Hopefully I've just been off to a slow start, hopefully the pounds will start coming off soon

Hey Chelsea, why don't you ever post your weight change? You don't have to show the pounds if you don't feel like it. But the progress of loss/gain can be shown.

Just thought I'd ask. :)

Hey Chelsea, thanks for the water bottle -- that was my first. I really hope I am able to encourage you as much as you have already encouraged me? I'm very happy to have you you as a motivator.

So how is the diet coming along? Or should I say the "New YOU!"? With your spirit I'm sure you'll meet your goal way before I do. ;)

What tunes do you have to work to? FenixTX and Green Day seem to have the umph I need.

A few years ago i got really skinny cause of drugs and not eating.
But ever since i stopped doing that stupid shit i gained SO much weight. I went from around 100 pounds to 155 in a year and a half!!
So now im tryna do things the HEALTHY way : )

So yeah.. thats my life story..
